What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
We kindly request you to send us an email with your expected arrival time. In addition, we would like to receive a message (telephone) as soon as you are in the area, so that we can be at the house on time to welcome you and hand over the key. Check-out time : On the day of departure, you must check out no later than 10:00 am from apartment Die Perle, from the studios and from the Beachhouse.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Towels and bed linen are provided in your apartment or studio. You only need to bring a bath towel for the beach. Kitchen towels and tea towels are also available.
Do we have to bring a baby cot ourselves?
For your baby we have a great baby bed with mattress and linen available if desired. That saves you luggage and hassle. We charge € 5 per night for this.
Can we rent bicycles directly from you?
We can recommend to go cycling in the area. (the dunes / Haarlem). Bicycles can be rented from various bike rental shops located in Zandvoort.We can advise you to go out by bike. There is a possibility to park your own bicycles at the house.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed in our apartments and studio.
Are meals included?
Meals are not included in the price. All apartments and the studio have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, kettle and oven or microwave.
If you do not want to use this, we would like to refer you for a delicious breakfast to the beach pavilions, the local bakers in the village or of course several lunchrooms.

What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation by the tenant must be done in writing via Email. If the agreement is canceled, cancellation costs are due for each traveler:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival: the cost of the first night;
- In case of cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: 50% of the full travel sum;
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum.
